The Health and Safety of our team and our clients is of paramount importance at Pioneer. For each new contract we issue a site Log Book which is updated on every service visit. Our log book contains the agreed site Service Plan along with a copy of the Quality Audit which is conducted at the end of each service visit. This Quality Audit ensures continuous service excellence and also highlights any matters needing attention as well as recording the Partner responsible for leading the visit. The site Log Book also contains all required Risk Assessments and Method statements for work conducted at the premises. COSHH Risk Assessments are also included if applicable to the contract; at Pioneer we can also recommend non-toxic eco-friendly solutions.
