Diligence

Attention to detail is vitally important at Pioneer; in fact, we base our reputation on it. Each cleaner is trained to a high standard and totally committed to your contract. Every Service Visit is led by a Partner and concluded with a Quality Audit which ensures all aspects of the Site Service Plan are achieved. Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Assessments are standard practice. Pioneer is a very different cleaning company.

Proactivity.

Taking ownership is a fundamental part of the Pioneer attitude; there is no such thing as ‘somebody else’s problem’. Our cleaning team keenly address any problem they encounter or offer an appropriate solution. All Cleaning Packages include Fault Reporting as standard. In the event of marked decor, lifted flooring, stained ceiling tiles, light bulbs out etc, you will be made aware at the end of each Service Visit. We will even advise you when your Fire extinguishers are nearing their end date.

At Pioneer we are very proud of our hard working and dynamic workforce. All members of our Cleaning Team receive a wage far higher than industry standard, along with continuous training and support. Who We Are

Pioneer Commercial Cleaners deliver great value workplace cleaning solutions across the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas. We have five Partners in the business who all bring their own skills and expertise. Every Partner is ‘hands-on’ and one is assigned to lead each service visit. This ensures diligence and a commitment to quality.

Laura Malin - Lead Partner

With a background in Facilities and Office Management, I certainly understood what I needed from a Cleaning Service Provider but became disappointed with the offerings available. When forming Pioneer, I knew exactly what we needed to achieve to make this a fantastic offering for Tenants, Landlords and Lettings Agents. Not many Buildings have dedicated Site Managers or Caretakers anymore so when Pioneer take the strain, we make life easier for you; this is our ultimate goal.

My long working history has always been office based in Secretarial and Business Support roles. This has often meant involvement with subcontractors and the difficult position you can find yourself in when Directors are unhappy and you have to demand better from the Cleaning Service Provider. Unfortunately, a lot of cleaners are minimum wage Agency staff who are wholly unsupported and at times uninterested. It is important to me that Pioneer is a very different Company. All employees are waged far higher than any Agency could give and they always receive the training and care to keep them motivated.
